The ChannelDock app is free on the App Store and Google Play. Install it on your phone or tablet and sign in with the same account you use in the portal.

Install on iPhone or iPad

1. Open ChannelDock in the App Store.
2. Tap Get and install the app.
3. Open ChannelDock and sign in.

The app needs iOS 15.1 or later, or iPadOS 15.1 or later.

Install on Android

1. Open ChannelDock on Google Play.
2. Tap Install.
3. Open ChannelDock and sign in.

After you sign in, you can check stock, process inbound and outbound deliveries, move stock between locations, and scan barcodes on the warehouse floor.
