What it’s like to work here

We care about doing great work, but we don’t think work has to feel overly corporate. We’re ambitious, informal and genuinely enjoy spending time together.

We genuinely like hanging out

Lunches, drinks, dinners, trips, events and the occasional spontaneous plan. We spend time together because we want to, not because it’s another mandatory team-building exercise.

Informal by default

No unnecessary hierarchy, corporate theatre or endless meetings about meetings. Ask questions, share ideas and speak to anyone on the team.

Ambitious, not obsessive

We care about building a great product and doing good work. We move quickly and expect people to take ownership, but we don’t pretend work should be your entire life.

You get real influence

We’re a relatively small team, so good ideas don’t disappear into layers of management. You can have a real say in what we build, how we work and where ChannelDock goes next.
