Customer Case: Eazyfulfill
How Mo and the Eazyfulfill team combine fulfillment and technology to help e-commerce sellers grow — powered by ChannelDock.
Q: Can you introduce yourself and Eazyfulfill?
Mo: I'm Mo, founder of Eazyfulfill. We started as a fulfillment center just outside Amsterdam, and quickly grew into a technology partner too — helping clients with integrations, automation, and real-time visibility across channels.
Q: What kind of e-commerce sellers do you mainly work with?
Mo: Mostly small to mid-sized brands selling on Shopify or WooCommerce, plus marketplaces like Bol.com, Amazon and BackMarket. They want to scale without logistics slowing them down.
Q: What were your biggest challenges?
Mo: Serial numbers were a headache — tracking them manually for high-value items caused mistakes. Onboarding took too long and stock syncing across channels wasn't reliable. Scaling felt like juggling in a blender.
Q: Why did you choose ChannelDock?
Mo: We needed power without complexity. ChannelDock is clean, integrates with the platforms our clients use, and the team gave us a lot of onboarding support — that made all the difference.
Q: Which features have made the biggest impact?
Mo: Serial number tracking solved our biggest pain — accuracy and traceability are way up. The direct UPS integration streamlined labels and shipping. We also rely on real-time inventory sync, pick & pack, and label automation every day.
Q: What changed after adopting ChannelDock?
Mo: Operations are smoother, errors are down, and onboarding now takes hours instead of days. Clients notice the reliability — fewer surprises, faster turnarounds.
Q: Do you have a recent example?
Mo: We onboarded an electronics client with strict serial tracking. Before, that was a 2–3 day job. With ChannelDock (plus the support we got), we were live and shipping within half a day.
Q: How does ChannelDock support your future growth?
Mo: We're expanding internationally and adding more platforms. ChannelDock's integrations and scalability let us grow without piling on complexity in the background.
Q: Rumor has it everyone in your warehouse was once named Mohamed. Will new hires need the same name?
Mo: hahaha no, but it definitely made things easier when yelling across the warehouse!
Thank you
A big thank you to Mo for sharing their story. By combining fulfillment with technology, and with ChannelDock as part of their stack, they’re proving that logistics can be both simple and scalable.
