Excel Inventory Template Features

In Stock Tab:
This tab allows you to track your inventory in real-time. Key
columns include:

EAN: This is a unique barcode that a product has, known
as the European Article Number, used for product identification.

SKU: This is the Stock Keeping Unit that a product has, used for product identification.

Product name: This refers to the name of the product as
it is known in the market.

Pcs/Carton: This indicates the number of individual units
or pieces contained within one carton.

Amount of boxes: This refers to the total number of boxes
of the product in stock.

Amount in stock: This refers to the total quantity of the
product currently available in stock.

Total purchase price: This is the total cost of
purchasing the existing stock of the product.

Average sales p/m: This is the average quantity of the
product sold per month.

Inventory value: This is the total value of the product
currently in stock, calculated as the quantity in stock
multiplied by the unit price.

Reorder level: This is the inventory level at which a new
order should be placed to replenish stock.

Lead time in days: This is the expected time in days it
takes for a new order to arrive once it has been placed.

Reorder amount: This is the quantity that should be
ordered to replenish stock once it reaches the reorder level.

Reorder: This is an action point indicating whether it's
time to place a new order based on the reorder level.

KG/CTN: This indicates the weight in kilograms of one
carton of the product.

Multiplier for reorder level in %: This is a factor used
to adjust the reorder level as a percentage, often used for
seasonal fluctuations or expected changes in demand.

to adjust the reorder amount as a percentage, often used for

In Deliveries Tab:
This tab is designed to help you manage your incoming deliveries,
so you always know what's coming and when. Key columns include:

Shipment ref.#: This is the unique reference number
assigned to each shipment for tracking and identification
purposes.

Product EAN: This is the European Article Number of the
product being shipped, used for product identification.

SKU: This is the Stock Keeping Unit that a product has, used for product identification.

Product name: This is the name of the product being
shipped as it is known in the market.

Boxes: This is the total number of boxes of the product
in the shipment.

Pcs/box: This indicates the number of individual units or
pieces contained within one box in the shipment.

Shipping costs: These are the costs associated with
transporting the goods from the supplier to your location.

Procurements costs: These are the costs involved in
acquiring the goods, including the purchase price and any
additional costs such as taxes and duties.

Shipping cost/pc: This is the cost of shipping per
individual unit or piece, calculated by dividing the total
shipping costs by the total number of pieces.

Procurement/pc: This is the cost of procurement per individual
unit or piece, calculated by dividing the total procurement
costs by the total number of pieces.

Total cost/pc: This is the total cost per individual unit
or piece, including both procurement and shipping costs.

Total amount pcs: This is the total quantity of the
product in pieces in the shipment.

Forwarder: This refers to the company or individual
responsible for transporting the goods from the supplier to your
location.

Total cost: This is the complete cost of the shipment,
including procurement costs and shipping costs.

ETD/ETA: Estimated Time of Departure/Estimated Time of
Arrival. This refers to the expected dates when the shipment
will leave the supplier and arrive at your location.

Order date: This is the date when the order for the
shipment was placed.

Order #: This is the unique reference number assigned to
the order for tracking and identification purposes.
