Automated onboarding for new customers

Sellers can create their own (free) account via a sign-up link from your fulfillment account. They are then taken through an automatic ontboarding in which they link their own sales channels. Their products are loaded within 2 minutes after which they can activate them for fulfillment.

Track & trace synchronization.

Sellers can view the status of orders in their own account. T&T codes are automatically synced back to the appropriate sales channel. If a seller has questions or comments about an order, they can use the live chat in their account to get in touch with you.
