Smart Invoicing for fulfillment centers

Streamline and automate your Center administration: financials, fulfillment fees, shipping prices, and surcharges—in Administration with Smart Invoicing and billing rules.

Streamline all administration in one lane

Billing rules
Define conditions, fees, and tiers per profile—so each seller follows the contract you agreed (standard vs premium, pass-through shipping, pick fees, and more).
AI-powered setup
Generate a full profile from a short description or rate-card brief—rules, conditions, and fee scaffolding appear for your team to review instead of a blank grid.
PDF, CSV & XLS exports
Create invoice exports per seller and period—editable PDF for client-ready packs plus structured spreadsheets for finance systems.

In the Center portal, Administration keeps financials, fulfillment fees, shipping prices, and surcharges next to Smart Invoicing—Shipping surcharges are available there today alongside your billing workflows.

More seller volume only works when the floor stays structured

How invoicing works

Step-by-step overview
Step 1: Create profiles

Profiles are the top-level containers for your billing setup. Create a profile and assign it to sellers. Each profile groups all billing rules that apply to those sellers (for example standard fulfillment or premium sellers).

Step 2: Add rules to a profile

Within each profile, create rules that define specific types of costs to charge. Each rule has a charge type (fixed, per order, per shipment, per item, per SKU, per kg, percentage, or tiered) and an amount. Rules run in priority order; lower numbers run first.

Step 3: Define conditions for each rule

Each rule has conditions and condition groups that determine when it applies. Filter by order, order product, shipment, product, seller, carrier, package, and more. Use AND/OR logic and nested groups for complex rules.

Step 4: Create invoice export

Request an export for a profile and date range. An editable PDF invoice is generated that you can customise before sending. CSV and XLS exports are also available for your own processing.
